About Me

My name is Trevor Tarr.  I'm originally from Vermillion, South Dakota but currently reside in Lincoln, Nebraska where I work full-time as a Sales Coordinator for Atrium Hospitality and part-time as Owner of SkersScoop.com. I’m a proud graduate of the University of South Dakota where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Media & Journalism and a Minor in Sports Marketing. 

I began my professional career with the USD football team, interning as a Media Crew member. With the football team, I filmed and photographed content of football coaches and players, helping bring the season to life via social media.

I was fortunate to eventually land an internship at the USD Foundation, where I gained valuable experience as an Athletics Annual Giving Assistant. During my internship, I helped raise over $5.5 million directly intended for the universities athletic department. I played an important role in producing graphic and video content, ultimately contributing to the growth and endorsement of the Athletic Development Fund for the university.

Currently with Atrium Hospitality, I create digital content and manage social media pages focused on growing and promoting the Hilton flagship brand, and the Lincoln property as a whole.

In my spare time, I take on a wide range of responsibilities to grow my personal Nebraska football media brand. This includes beat writing, designing and marketing graphics for social media, recording and editing reaction videos, and publishing original content.

I have a genuine passion for both sports and creative media. Whether through graphics, videos, or social platforms, I’m driven to produce content that resonates with fans. My goal is to continue covering the sport I love and bring its stories to life for audiences across the country.
